How to mix Wella Illumina Color
Wella Illumina is mixed at a 1:1 ratio with Welloxon Perfect. The developer should be selected according to the desired levels of lift:
6% 20 Vol. for 1 level of lift
9% 30 Vol. for 2 levels of lift
12% 40 Vol. for 3 levels of lift
Can Wella Illumina Color 60ml be mixed with Koleston Perfect?
