2. Choose your developer (DIActivateur)
◦ 6 vol (1.8%): very gentle / minimal lift (often for lengths/ends or lighter bases)
◦ 9 vol (2.7%): tone-on-tone / up to ~30% grey blending
◦ 15 vol (4.5%): more lift (up to ~1.5 levels) / better for 30–70% grey blending
3. Mixing ratio (standard)
◦ 1 : 1.5 = 50 ml (1 tube) Dia Richesse + 75 ml DIActivateur
Mix in a non‑metal bowl or applicator bottle until smooth/creamy.
If using a bottle, open it immediately after mixing (pressure can build up).
4. Apply (wear gloves)
◦ Apply quickly to dry hair (commonly dry/unwashed). Section hair and saturate evenly.
◦ First full application: roots → mid-lengths → ends.
5. Develop (processing time)
◦ Typically 20 minutes (no added heat).
◦ Root retouch: roots 15 minutes, then pull through lengths/ends for 5 minutes.
6. Rinse & shampoo
Add a little warm water, emulsify, then rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. Shampoo once (a colour-safe/post-colour shampoo is ideal), then condition.
